Terms and Conditions
- Mentioned flight timings & cost are representations under NIL wind conditions and billing would be on actual time taken for the flight “chokes off to chokes on”, depending upon weather / wind/ fog / visibility conditions and flight schedules are subject to change / divert due to weather conditions, flight safety and operational restrictions.
- Confirmation of the flight is subject to availability and booking can be confirmed after the receipt of Advance payment only.
- Minimum 02:00hr flying time will be charged on everyday basis. The flying time quoted above is approximate and may vary. The final settlement of bills shall be done on actual hrs flown, over and above the estimated flying time. (From our base and back to base).
- Crew Layover in case of prolonged halts during the course of single day at particular station, the “charterer” will make suitable arrangements for boarding, lodging & local transport or Eeshan Aviation will make the necessary arrangements on additional price.
- Eeshan Aviation shall not be liable for any delay/inconvenience caused towards diversion, due to bad weather/VIP movements, unforeseen circumstances caused by nature or due to force majeure reasons in such conditions; charterer has to bear the cost of extra flying/overnight halt/waiting etc.
- The Quotation/ Performa Invoice is valid for seven days from the date of Issuance.
Note:-
- Please be advised, we will need the exact geographical coordinates of the helipad.
- Landing permission is to be sent/ faxed to us 2 days prior to the commitment.
- Also, proper security arrangements at the helipad (including sentries, crowd controlling barricades) are to be under client’s management. We will require dust free and levelled landing space of 50X30 meters for the helipad clear of any building, trees wires or any other obstructions
Payments: -
- 50% of the charter estimated cost shall be payable in advance at the time of blocking of the aircraft. Balance of estimated cost shall be payable 03 days prior at the time of confirmation of the flight and actual cost shall be payable with in 7 days of actual billing.
- 100% of the estimated cost shall be payable incase the flight is confirmed less than 03 days to the actual date of flying.

Yours truly, I/We confirm the above Charter on the For Eeshan Aviation. Terms mentioned above.
Cancellation Charges: -
- An amount of Rs.10, 000 against flight preparation charges will be levied if flight is cancelled due to “force majeure” reasons.
- 25% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled with in 72 to 24 hours of the scheduled departure
- 50% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled departure.
In case the flight is cancelled by the Charterer due to delay in departure due to “Force Majeure” reasons like weather/visibility, 100% of the Charter cost will be levied if updated in advance to the charterer about chances of such delay. Important Note: We require passenger names, nationality, passport no., and date of issue and date of expiry of passport well in advance to obtain necessary security clearances.
Please send us the payment and acceptance of our offer on the above mentioned terms, by sending back the duly signed & stamped copy of this Quotation/Performa Invoice, at the earliest, as the availability is subject to any prior confirmed bookings received by us.
